And we respond by putting our hope and faith in Jesus Christ. When we accept Jesus Christ in our hearts, He sends the Holy Spirit to begin a good work in us (Philippians 1:6). It is through the transformation of the heart that we can experience an intimate relationship with God. The gospel reveals the depth of our hearts. It is only with our heart that we can genuinely praise and worship our Lord and Savior. The heart is central to our core and the part of us that distinguishes us as creatures made in God’s image. Bible Verses on Transformation of the Heart He boasted in God’s greatness despite the trials he suffered. No matter what he faced, he had the goal of glorifying Christ through it all. Once a Christian, Paul offered his body as a living sacrifice. Paul knows a thing or two about a complete heart transformation. He was persecuting Christians until Jesus met him on the road to Damascus. Before Paul became a Christian, he was going around blaspheming the name of Jesus.
Paul, formerly known as Saul, experienced a radical transformation. No one is beyond the gracious work of God.
His love transforms us as we trust in Jesus Christ and experience God’s grace and mercy. In the Bible, we see the power of the Holy Spirit transform hearts. God’s love is a pursuing love and compelling love.

God is adamant that He can transform hearts and He desires to do so! God continues to mold us and shape us into the image of Jesus. Things that used to be appealing in my sinful nature no longer served me. Only God can transform our hearts and lives. When I became a Christian seven years ago, there were people in my life who questioned whether someone could really change. It all changed when I started really knowing Jesus as a person and the One who came to save me from the depth of my sin. For the longest time, I knew who Jesus was but I didn’t KNOW what a relationship with Him was like.
I read the Bible, I know the truths that are preached to me on Sunday – yet I have a hard time letting them seep into my heart. Rene Hjerter (aka Pure Hearts) was the first feature film from director Kenneth Kainz.Truly knowing Jesus is a heart matter. Kriss escapes from the hospital that's his current home in the company of his friend Willy (Morten Suurballe), a man suffering from intense paranoia who responds to the slightest threat with life-threatening violence, leaving mayhem in their wake. Kriss learns that Ulla Villstrup (Helle Hertz), the actress who played Linda, is still alive and lives with her granddaughter in Copenhagen slipping away from reality, Kriss takes it upon himself to find Ulla and save her from her life of romantic disappointment before she commits suicide.

Kriss's favorite movie is Pure Hearts, a melodrama from the Forties in concerning the checkered romantic history of a lovely young woman named Linda (Laura Bro) Kriss has watched the film dozens of times, even though his videotape, recorded from a television broadcast, cuts off the picture's finale, stopping just as Linda turns a gun on herself following yet another heartbreak. Kriss has been in and out of mental institutions most of his life, much to the chagrin of his mother, a widow how regards Kriss as a burden than prevents her from finding a new man. Kriss Henriksen (Anders Matthesen) is a man in his late twenties who suffers from Asberger's Syndrome, a condition similar to autism. Reality and cinematic fantasy converge in the mind of a disturbed man in this drama from Denmark.
